I have never ever try to use my Cooker for baking purposes, But last 3 month, I bake many cakes in my pressure cooker at my home. It’s such a simple task for everyone at any time. Daily used Salt is utilized as a layer in Cooker for bake Cake and over which, a well fitting preparing skillet is kept. Salt goes about as a weight controller to prepare the cake evenly. - All purpose flour – 1 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder – 5 tablespoons
- Butter sticks – 50gm
- Sugar – 3/4 cup
- Fresh Curd – 1 cup
- Milk -1 cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Water – 1/4 cup
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
- Apple Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
For baking in cooker:
- Salt or sand – 2 cup
- Fresh cream & Choco chip
- Powdered sugar- 2 cup
- Vanilla extract – 2 tsp
- Kosher salt – 1/4 tsp.
Method to make Cake Step by Step:
1.In a Wide bowl, take flour then add baking soda, cocoa powder and salt mix properly.
- In another bowl Shift curd and sugar for 10 min. When matter convert into fluffy then add melted butter again mix with the help of hand blander.
- In this wet matter you add some quantity of dry mixture. Add milk with little quantity into this mixture. Again and again you mix some matter of dry into wet mixture as well. Then add Vanilla extract and vinegar drops into this matter.
- Transfer all matter into cake pan and Matter is ready to cook.
- Heat your Pressure cooker with layer of salt for 30 minute with lid but without pressure. Then remove lid, let steam for 7 min more.
- Then place your cake pan in the cooker and close the lid without pressure in low flame, it cooks for 30 minute. After 30 min you check a stick inserted into the cake comes out clean
- Remove lid let steam for 5-6 min more. When cake is ready then remove cake pan carefully and rest it for cool. With the help of knife you can remove cake from pan. Your cake is ready to garnishing!
