Fruit Cake is one of the best cakes and makes your party special. Cake is the focus of every Function, you can make fruit cake at your home with your budget. This cake recipe is one of the most easiest and quick for any occasions. Last week I made Fruit cake at my kitchen, cake was as fluffy and tasty as market cake. My hubby loves cake very much, that’s why I trying to make different flavor cakes every week. I hope you will try this fruit cake at Home and let me know how it turned out!
Recipe of “Eggless Fruit Cake” at Home:-

- Preparation Time: 20 min
- Baking time: 40 min
- Recipe Servings Person: 4-5 person
Ingredients:-
- For Cake:-
- All Purpose flour – 1 3/4 cup
- Melted Butter – 3/4 cup
- Dry fruits – 150 gm
- Condense milk – 1 ½ cup
- Powder Sugar – 1 ½ cup
- Fresh Curd – 1 cup
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Orange or Apple juice – 130 ml
- F or Icing:-
- Fresh Cream – 1 1/2 cup
- Sugar dust -1/2 cup
- For Decoration:
- Fresh Fruits of your choice (like Apple, Grapes, Kiwi, and Strawberry etc)
- Sugar syrup – 1 tbs
Method:-
- Take a Big bowl and add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt mix properly.
- Another Bowl we mix melted butter and sugar and beat until batter goes to fluffy. Then again mix in this batter fresh curd and again mix with blander.
- In wet mixture we add Condense milk with orange or apple juice and add some quantity of milk, vinegar and mix to this mixture.
- Add dry fruits in this batter and mix again in slowly way. Add dry and wet mixture mix properly in big bowl mix again till it gets fluffy and smooth, better should be of medium consistency as cake.
- Take cake pan and greased with butter and dust some flour in it. Then pour cake better into half of cake pan carefully.
- Pre heat oven for 180C and put the cake in oven and wait 30 minutes. After 30- 35 min you can check your cake with the help of tooth pin insert in the centre of cake. Your cake is ready for decoration.
- Remove cake to cake pan carefully when it cool and decorate fresh cream which you prepare for garnishing and add some chopped fruits like cherry, apple, grapes and kiwi.
- For making whipped cream add fresh cream in a bowl and beat with blander and mix sugar in it again beat for 10 minute.
- Make sugar syrup your can boil 2 tbs water with 1 tbs of sugar until sugar gets dissolve properly in syrup texture.
- In Last step you can decorate your cake with Fruits and dry fruits also. Fruit cake is ready to your special event. This is very simple and fast cake recipe for your kitchen. I hope you will try to this fruit cake at your Home once!

- Don’t over bake the, otherwise it will be dry and break.
- For the Garnishing, fruits chopping are important task.
